The Vision
During our initial design breif meeting we will discuss your requirements such as, the reasoning behind the build or renovation, your requirements for the space –livabitlity, flow & functionality, your ‘needs’ vs your ‘wants ’, your budgets and expectations. We will review of Plans, Conduct a Spatial Analysis & Development a Design Brief, Moodboard & Inspiration
2. The Dream Space
Design Concepts
Our intial concepts focus on our design intent for your home and are presented through a combination of floor plans and elevations, 2D perspectives, and some initial 3D visualistaions, highlighting the spatial and functionality aspects of the design. We will also discuss some initial materiality.
3. The Impressions
Design Refinement & Development
Ensuring all areas of home and concept stages are resolved we know refine and develop the design into detailed documentation and produce 3D visualisations to represent the final design outcomes. Allowing you to be truely immersed into your new home.
4. Documentation
Our team now produce the final package of drawings including floor plans, perspective drawings, electrical and services plans, sections, 3D elevations and detailed drawings of design elements and joinery. Our handover package also includes a selection of material samples and a full schedule of materials, fixtures and fittings.
5. Construction and Design Management
Time to build. Working as part of your project team, and as a licensed contractor we offer a design management service to ensure you dream space is built to the required specifications managing the project through to handover.
